General Terms for Discounts and Promotions

All BOGO promotions are subject to our Return Policy: To receive a full refund, both items must be returned. If only one item is returned, it will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

    1. Multiple Discounts: Only the largest discount will apply if an item qualifies for multiple discounts.

    2. Retroactive Application: Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the sale or after its expiration.

    3. Code-Required Promotions: Promotions requiring a code will only apply when the code is entered at checkout. If a code is applied (even the reward redemption), only the code discount will work, and automatic discounts (e.g., BOGO or sale discounts) will not apply unless otherwise stated.

    4. Ongoing Offers: Offers like the 15% App Exclusive Discount or your Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts. 

    5. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, even when additional discounts apply.

    6. Order Review and Cancellation: All orders are reviewed, and we reserve the right to cancel any order deemed unauthorized, altered, or ineligible. In the event of system errors or unforeseen circumstances, promotions may be modified or canceled without prior notice.
