Order Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged until your order is verified and payment authorized. However, SHUSHOP reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion whether you have received a confirmation or charged your payment method. Some of the reasons your order may be canceled are:

  •  It seems to be a fraudulent order
  • If shipping/pick-up information or pricing is in error
  • If the goods are unavailable.
  • If the customer requests cancellation before shipment.

We will contact you if we need more info. Yet, if we've collected payment for the order, a full refund will be issued to the same payment method when the order is canceled. Please note that you will receive an email notification and the reason for cancellation. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not comprise our acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell a product.

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email or phone. Contact us within minutes of placing your order. We can cancel and replace the order more straightforwardly and conveniently for you. However, once an order begins shipment processing, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the standard return policy process. Sales items may not be returned or exchanged.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect pre-payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

You can cancel at any time here before your pre-order ships.You will receive an email confirming the refund and will see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
